I know I'm bad at posting, emailing, facebooking and all things that involve being on the computer more than the 40 hours/week I spend on it at work. However, to document Bryce's first flight from the nest, I'll post pictures of our hike in Colorado on his way out to BYU.
The Goal: Diamond Lake, elevation 11,178.
Lunch at the waterfall. For the record, the camera took 3 shots in a row on the timer and Bryce R. was the only one who literally didn't move a muscle. Nice work.

All in all, a fun time. Thanks Mom and the Bryces for a good excuse to play hooky.

That hike looks fun. Wish we could have been there to hear whatever glories Arch was describing.
This was truly one of the highlights of our trip, that and going to the Provo Temple which always evokes all kinds of memories. Sorry I was such a wimp. I have vowed that before I do this again I will be in much better shape. Pepper, you and Archie are great hosts.
