Did you all have a glorious thanksgiving?
I made rolls that looked like pancakes. I still am not quite sure what happened. . .
Either way we were thinking of you and missed you all.

Another Graduation (B-6)
We finally had graduation of b-6 better known as Derek.
You will notice the nice blue sash--National Honor Society.
You will also notice the nice gold sash--top 3% of the graduating class.
Bryce was selected to be a Junior Escort for the event. Benefits were: no classes on graduation day; spent the morning learning how to lead the Seniors around the Maybee Center; and having lunch not at Mazio's but at Zio's--big difference.
This is what 1,037 HS Seniors look like
On the way up to the stand--great picture Chelice!
Diploma (cover only) in hand!
Cute girlfriend Derek!
And last, hey Amber how come we didn't think of these lovely jewels for your wedding reception?

Peps and Archie looking good.
I cannot say that the last week was the most fun, but it was good to see and visit with the Boyd family. We have decided that we are having our reunion in the normal place on the weekend of the 25th of July. I hope that you all will put it on your calendars and that you can come. I can honestly say that I enjoyed getting to know Michelle and Meghan. They are so very clever and funny. I am so very thankful to Chelice for going with me and being such a support for all that week plus. She was a real trooper to put up with Lynn and the drama which was created by doctors and family members who we will not mention. I just wish we had taken a picture of my dad before he died to post here. I'm trying to get my hands on one.

Just to say, at these times in my life I am so glad I have the gospel and know of the Saviors love for me and for all of his children. I know there were many in the hospital room to greet Dad on the other side. I am not sure who they were, but I do know they were there. I hope he is enjoying his new world and his new life and is preparing a place for Mom.
